As an activity for the Freshman class of 2016, today we went ice skating. We went to a small arena in Ontario. We drove in the sports vans and parent cars. I rode in a van with a few of my friends and on the way we discussed the greatest of Pokemon. It was so epic. When we arrived we rushed towards the skate rental and quickly put them on. I was lucky enough to get a new, clean pair of skates. For the first hour or so on the ice it was an okay surface. I quickly impressed everyone by showing my skill to skate backwards. Then the ice started to get worse. We were all getting shown up by the little hockey kids who were circling around us with speed and ease. After a very entertaining couple hours of skating we finished up and packed back into the vans to head towards the Atiga household for a sundown vespers and dinner. Alex and Jordan were messing up all our eye-sights with the flash of the cameras as we ate out dinner. Dessert was an amazing ice cream in the cold sundae. After dinner Pastor Jay blessed us with another sermon of following Jesus. This was one of the best vespers I've ever had.
